Privacy policy

Maison Aubier attaches fundamental importance to the protection of your personal data and to the respect of your privacy. This policy sets out the conditions under which your data is collected, processed and retained, in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection (RGPD — the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and with the French loi Informatique et Libertés (Data Protection Act) of 6 January 1978, as amended.

II Data collected

In connection with the use of the site and of the estate assessment form, Maison Aubier may collect the following data:

Identification and contact data: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number.

Estate information: approximate location of the property, floor area, type of property, current use, frequency of occupation.

Browsing data: IP address, pages visited, session duration and date, browser type, by means of statistical analysis tools operated without individual identification.

No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the RGPD (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, and the like) is collected or processed. The collection of personal data concerns adults only.

III Purposes and legal bases

The data collected is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

Processing of the assessment form and initial contact (legal basis: the legitimate interest of Maison Aubier in responding to incoming enquiries, Article 6.1.f of the RGPD).

Sending information relating to our services, with your prior and express consent (legal basis: consent, Article 6.1.a of the RGPD). You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to registre@maison-aubier.fr.

Improvement of the site and anonymised statistics (legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6.1.f of the RGPD). These analyses do not allow visitors to be identified individually.

Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (legal basis: legal obligation, Article 6.1.c of the RGPD).

IV Retention periods

Maison Aubier retains personal data only for the period strictly necessary to the purposes for which it was collected:

Prospect and incoming contact data: 3 years from the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn.

Anonymised browsing data: 13 months at most from collection, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

Active client data: the duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years for legal and accounting purposes in accordance with French legal obligations.

On expiry of these periods, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

V Recipients of the data

The personal data collected is intended exclusively for those teams within Maison Aubier authorised to process it in the course of their duties. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Maison Aubier may call upon technical subcontractors for the hosting of the site (Vercel Inc.) and the processing of forms. These providers act as processors within the meaning of Article 28 of the RGPD and are bound by contractual clauses guaranteeing an equivalent level of protection.

Vercel Inc. is established in the United States. The transfer of data outside the European Union is governed by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and by the applicable protection mechanism.

VI Your rights

In accordance with the RGPD and with the loi Informatique et Libertés, you hold the following rights over your personal data:

Right of access (Art. 15 RGPD): to obtain confirmation that data concerning you is being processed and to receive a copy of it.

Right to rectification (Art. 16 RGPD): to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.

Right to erasure (Art. 17 RGPD): to obtain the deletion of your data in the cases provided for by the regulation.

Right to object (Art. 21 RGPD): to object to the processing of your data, in particular for direct marketing purposes.

Right to data portability (Art. 20 RGPD): to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 RGPD): to obtain the temporary suspension of processing in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request by e-mail to registre@maison-aubier.fr, stating your identity. Maison Aubier undertakes to reply within 30 days of receipt of the request, in accordance with the RGPD.

VII Cookies and trackers

The site maisonaubier.com uses only those cookies strictly necessary to its proper technical functioning. These cookies collect no information allowing visitors to be identified individually and require no prior consent, in accordance with the CNIL recommendation of 17 September 2020.

No advertising cookie, profiling cookie or non-essential third-party tracker is placed on your device without your explicit consent.

You may configure your browser to refuse cookies or to be notified when they are placed. Such configuration may, however, affect the operation of certain features of the site.

VIII Complaints and contact

If you consider that the processing of your personal data by Maison Aubier does not comply with the applicable regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in France:
